When will my order be shipped?
If you ordered an item that is currently in stock, you should receive an email with a USPS tracking number within a week after ordering.
If you had any pre-order items in your order, all the items will be shipped together. Please refer to the pre-order item description for a rough timeline on when the item(s) will be shipped.
If you haven't received a tracking number after a week, please feel free to contact me!
How long does shipping take?
Shipping is done through USPS services. In the United States, shipping takes 2 to 5 business days, and internationally, shipping times vary by destination, but may take anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks.
How is the order packaged?
I package all my prints in flat mailers with a sheet of corrugated cardboard inside for reinforcement. Unfortunately, this is sometimes prone to bending, but the print arrives flat and ready to display.
If you don't mind the print being rolled up for extra protection during the shipping process, please make a note of it during the checkout process, and I can tailor the packaging to your preferences!
What if the package arrives damaged?
If your package is damaged during shipping, please contact me, and I can provide a replacement free of charge!
Why is international shipping so expensive?
Unfortunately, USPS international shipping prices are approximately $20 USD.
